通过对实战、比赛观察分析归纳出影响把位因素,并通过实验对两组各32名运动员采用不同方法进行6个月的训练前后测试,经统计学数据处理比较分析研究和t检验证明,主要结论:采用针对把位因素训练方法效果显著,达到消除不利因素,提高把位快速运用能力有针对性1抓握把位2解脱把位后再抓把位3拉带移动破坏对手重心用动作。结合专门训练两臂、腕、手指抓握的快速、耐力及强度力量练习等达到快速准确高质量程度。
