刘敏,生于福州,1980年毕业于厦门大学,1988年开始从事美术创作,1994年晋升为副研究员,就职于福州市文联。曾在报刊上发表过散文、儿童文学、人物传记等作品,并出版过《怪梦与预测》、《当代中国画家刘敏画集》和《刘敏意象》等专著,并先后在《美术观察》、《艺术世界》、《美术》等杂志刊登美术作品和文章。2003年,应美国科罗拉多学院邀请参加了该学院举办的“中国艺术展”。 Liu Min, born in Fuzhou, graduated from Xiamen University in 1980 and began to work as a creative artist in 1988.
