研究双渠道供应链系统应对需求和生产成本双扰动的生产策略和协调机制.根据不同的扰动条件给出相应的生产调整策略,并提出调整的数量折扣契约以协调突发事件发生时的分散式双渠道供应链系统.结果表明当需求和生产成本沿反方向扰动时,两者之间存在着一种相互促进的作用,两者扰动的合力在一定程度上加大(或减缓)对系统的有利(或不良)影响;当需求和生产成本沿同方向扰动时,两者之间存在着一种相互抗衡和制约的作用,两者的合力在一定程度上削弱突发事件对系统的影响.研究还发现突发事件发生后制造商若能准确捕获扰动信息,积极采取应对措施,动态的调整数量折扣契约中的折扣因子,将能更有弹性的分配与零售商之间的利润.最后通过数值分析验证了模型的有效性.“,”This paper studies the production strategies and channel coordination strategies in a one-manufacturer-one-retailer dual-channel supply chain under demand and production cost disruptions.According to different disturbance conditions,the corresponding adjusted strategies are given.Moreover,we present an improved quantity discount mechanism to coordinate the decentralized dual-channel supply chain with demand and cost disruptions.It is found that:(1) when demand and production costs occur disturbances along the opposite direction at the same time,there is a mutually reinforcing between them and their disturbance force increase (decrease) the (positive) adverse effects to some extent.(2) However,when demand and production costs occur disturbances along the opposite direction at the same time,they compete with each other and there is a role of constraints between them.(3) So,their disturbance forces can weak the effects on dual-channel supply chain to some extent.It is also found that inthe emergency environment, if the manufacturer can capture the information of disruption actually,take active resiponse to it,and adjust the discount factor dynamically,then he can distribute the profits to retailer more flexible.Finally,numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
