一、城乡养老保险现状 广西百色地区是我国18个联片贫困地区之一的桂西北贫困片的重要组成部分,所辖12个县(市)有10个县是国务院划定的贫困县,占广西国定贫困县的42%,358万人口中少数民族占87%,是全国典型的老、少、边、山、穷地区。 该地区1987年11月实行地区级城镇职工养老保险社会统筹,目前已建立社会统筹与个人帐户相结合的基本养老保险制度。截止1998

The Status Quo of Urban and Rural Endowment Insurance Baise, Guangxi Province, is an important part of the poverty-stricken area in northwestern Guangxi that is one of the 18 poverty-stricken areas in China.
