目的 旨在观察脑活素能否拮抗庆大霉素耳蜗毒性。方法 取听力正常豚鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为脑活素组 10只 [肌注脑活素 36 0mg/ (kg .d) ,10d];庆大霉素组 15只 [肌注庆大霉素 12 0mg/ (kg .d) 10d];庆大霉素 +脑活素组 15只 (肌注等量庆大霉素 +脑活素 10d) ;生理盐水组 10只 (肌注等量生理盐水 10d)。用药前及用药 10d并饲养一周测试听性脑干反应 (ABR) ,第 17d处死 ,行左耳耳蜗铺片、右耳石蜡包埋切片 ,并在光镜下观察内耳病理形态变化 ,对损失外毛细胞进行计数。结果 庆大霉素 +脑活素组ABR阈值明显低于庆大霉素组 ,耳蜗各回毛细胞平均损失率明显低于庆大霉素组。结论 脑活素对庆大霉素所致耳毒性有明显保护作用
Purpose To observe whether cerebrolysin can antagonize gentamicin cochlear toxicity. Methods Fifty normal hearing guinea pigs were randomly divided into 10 groups: intracerebrate 36 mg / (kg · d), 10 days; gentamicin 15 [intramuscular gentamicin 15 rats in gentamicin + cerebrolysin group (equivalent to gentamicin and cerebrolysin for 10 days); 10 rats in normal saline group 10d). The brainstem response (ABR) was tested before treatment and once a week for 10 days. The rats were sacrificed on the 17th day, and the left ear and the right ear were paraffin-embedded. The pathological changes of the inner ear were observed under light microscope. Hair cells are counted. Results The threshold of ABR in gentamicin + cerebrolysin group was significantly lower than that in gentamicin group, and the average loss rate of each hair cell in the cochlea was significantly lower than that in gentamicin group. Conclusion Cerebrolysin has obvious protective effect on ototoxicity caused by gentamicin
