通过对定向井和水平井的工程项目的施工特点,在对定向井和水平井几何受力以及受力特点分析的基础上,以三维弯曲井眼钻柱受力分析模型的基础之上,建立了工程项目的工程应用的算法,通过综合考虑传统钻柱设计以及强度的校准和核实的方式,同时通过数据库的使用,实现了对钻柱摩阻以及强度分析软件的开发和研究。具体的实践表明,建立的计算模型应考虑合理的影响因素,具有较高的准确性。符合现场的发展实际,相应的计算结果对钻柱受力模型的研究具有实际的指导意义。
Based on the construction characteristics of engineering projects of directional wells and horizontal wells, based on the analysis of geometrical forces and stress characteristics of directional wells and horizontal wells, and on the basis of the stress analysis model of three-dimensional bent borehole drill string, The engineering application of the project algorithm, through comprehensive consideration of the traditional drill string design and the strength of the calibration and verification methods, through the use of the database to achieve the drill string friction and strength analysis software development and research. The concrete practice shows that the established calculation model should consider the reasonable influencing factors and has higher accuracy. In line with the actual development of the site, the corresponding calculation results of the drill string stress model has practical significance.
