采用不同的热处理工艺对新型Q 390低合金高强钢板进行热处理,分析了其显微组织和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,低合金高强建筑钢板的最佳奥氏体化处理工艺为(920±5)℃×2 h,炉冷,其最佳淬火工艺为(855±5)℃×1 h油淬至(350±5)℃保温15 min后再继续油冷至室温。
A new type of Q 390 low alloy high strength steel was heat treated with different heat treatment techniques to analyze its microstructure and corrosion resistance. The results show that the optimum austenitizing treatment process for low alloyed high strength steel is (920 ± 5) ℃ × 2 h with furnace cooling. The optimal quenching process is (855 ± 5) ℃ × 1 h oil quenching to ( 350 ± 5) ℃ Insulation 15 min and then continue to oil cooled to room temperature.
