《江西省广播电视管理条例》经省人大常委会审议,自94年12月1日起施行。《条例共分为6章48条。其中,第一章第四条规定了各级广播电视行政管理部门的主要职责;第五条规定广播电视行政执法工作实行稽查制度;第七条规定各级人民政府应将广播电视事业经费纳入财政预算,逐步增加建设投次,并规定广播电视系统可依法筹集资金,用于发展广播电视事业。第二章对广播台(站)、电视台、有线电视 “Jiangxi Radio and Television Regulations” by the Provincial People’s Congress for consideration, since December 1, 94 come into force.
