随着教育改革的不断发展,初中班级科学管理对教学实践工作越来越重要,科学管理能够发挥学生的主体性,活跃教学气氛,培养学生的组织和协作能力,培养学生的学习兴趣,促进学生全面发展,进而提高教学质量和教学效率[1]。本文针对初中班级管理的现状进行分析,进一步探讨初中班级科学管理在初中教学中的应用。
With the continuous development of education reform, the scientific management of junior middle school class is more and more important to teaching practice. Scientific management can give play to students ’subjectivity, active teaching atmosphere, develop students’ ability to organize and collaborate, develop students ’interest in learning and promote students’ All-round development, thereby improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency [1]. This article analyzes the status quo of junior middle school class management to further explore the junior middle school class science management in junior high school teaching.
