由150多位档案学专家历时5年编写的中国第一部也是世界第一部具有高水平的专著——《中国大百科全书·档案卷》分卷已向中国大百科全书出版社交稿。参加编写的部分人员和部分专家2月27日在京出席了交稿大会。早在1979年,有关方面便开始商谈编写大百科全书档案学卷的事宜,1983年成立筹备组并开展工作。此后,组成分编委会和撰稿队伍,报送并不断修改总体框架结构。1988年到1991年进行了撰写条目和审稿工作。档案学分类共设条目429条,约40万字,配图230多幅,与图书馆学、情报学合编成一卷出版。
The first book in China, written by more than 150 archivists over the past five years, is also the first monograph in the world with a high standard. The sub-volumes of China Encyclopedia and Archives have been handed over to the Encyclopedia Publishing House of China. Some of the personnel who participated in the preparation and some experts attended the handover conference in Beijing on February 27. As early as 1979, the parties concerned began to discuss matters concerning the compilation of encyclopedia files and the preparatory team was established and started its work in 1983. Since then, the composition of the editorial board and writing team, submitted and continue to modify the overall framework structure. Written entries and reviewers from 1988 to 1991. There are altogether 429 items in the archives classification, about 400,000 words, more than 230 figures and a volume published together with library science and information science.
