在资源稀缺的情况下,非营利组织试图通过控制资源依赖实现组织的可持续发展。确保足够的资金是非营利组织面临的最大挑战,为了应对资源环境的限制,商业化是非营利组织的一个重要选择。非营利组织商业化的动力机制分为外部因素和内部因素。商业化的实施对非营利组织的组织收入、组织行为、组织使命和公民社会都会产生重要影响。商业化使传统非营利组织转型为非营利型社会企业,并实现财政自足。非营利组织应主动迎接商业化带来的挑战,降低商业化的负面影响,实现组织的社会使命。
In the case of scarce resources, nonprofit organizations try to realize the sustainable development of the organization by controlling the resource dependence. To ensure adequate funding is the biggest challenge for nonprofit organizations, in order to deal with resource and environment constraints, commercialization is an important choice for nonprofit organizations. The motivation mechanism of nonprofit commercialization is divided into external factors and internal factors. Commercial implementation of non-profit organization’s organizational income, organizational behavior, organizational mission and civil society will have a significant impact. Commercialization transformed traditional non-profit organizations into non-profit-making social enterprises and achieved fiscal self-sufficiency. Nonprofit organizations should take the initiative to meet the challenges of commercialization, reduce the negative impact of commercialization and realize the social mission of the organization.
