目的探讨婴幼儿过敏的发病情况及其相关影响因素。方法选择2016年1月至2019年3月就诊于我院的320例婴幼儿,以调查问卷方式分析婴幼儿过敏的发病情况、临床症状和危险因素。结果 320例婴幼儿中出现过敏症状者142例(44.38%),每例患儿可出现多重过敏症状,其中以瘙痒、皮疹症状为主;过敏症状4月龄内出现74.66%(109/146),6月龄内出现82.88%(121/146),1岁内出现的92.47%(135/146);Logistic回归分析:接触毛绒玩具、连续3d使用抗生素、孕期接触驱蚊制剂、父亲
