本文对30例急性上消化道出血(下称上血)在常规治疗的基础上,加用琼脂食品的食谱,与常规治疗的30例急性上血患者进行对照观察,发现观察组止血天数明显少于对照组。临床资料病例选择:从住院病人中选择急性上消化道出血30例作为观察组。男26例、女4例。年龄19~76岁,平均41.9岁。按急诊胃镜检查,其中球部溃疡17例、胃溃疡2例、复合溃疡1例、十二指肠球炎1例、球部憩室炎1例、浅表性胃炎5例、残胃炎1例、药物性胃炎2例。同期从住院病中选择急性上消化道出血30例作
