对膜换湿过程中传质过程对传热过程的影响进行了理论分析,并建立了相应的物理数学模型.通过理论分析,提出了一个表示传质过程影响传热过程程度的无量纲量—ψi.通过计算这个无量纲因子,即可以简单地将伴有传质的传热过程转化成常规的传热过程,使得传热计算更简单更容易理解.在理论分析的基础上,数值研究了质量流量对传热过程的影响.结果表明,当传质方向与传热方向相同时,ψi大于1,传质过程对传热过程有促进作用;而当传质方向与传热方向相反时,ψi小于1,传质过程对传热过程有阻碍作用.当质量流量J的值较小时,质量流携带的热流对热流影响较小,而当质量流量J的值较大时,质量流携带的热流对总热流影响很大,ψi可能偏离1很远.
