目的对快速上浮脱险减压病(DCS)和潜水DCS大鼠肺组织microRNA(miR)-16、miR-146a表达变化进行对比研究。方法快速上浮脱险致DCS后0.5 h对大鼠肺组织进行病理学检查和实时定量PCR检测miR-16、miR-146a表达水平,并与潜水DCS组、正常对照组对比。结果与正常对照组比较,潜水DCS组和快速上浮脱险致DCS组大鼠肺组织出现明显肺损伤特征;潜水DCS组大鼠肺组织miR-146a表达水平显著升高;快速上浮脱险致DCS组大鼠肺组织miR-16、miR-146a表达水平未见显著改变。结论 miR-146a可能在潜水减压病大鼠肺组织损伤过程中发挥了一定的转录后调控作用,具体机制还有待进一步研究。
Objective To compare the changes of the expression of microRNA (miR) -16 and miR-146a in the lungs of rapid-ascending (DCS) and diving DCS rats. Methods The lungs of rats were examined by pathology and real-time quantitative PCR for the expression of miR-16 and miR-146a at 0.5 h after DCS. The results were compared with that of the normal control group and the diving DCS group. Results Compared with the normal control group, the lungs of DCS group and DCS group showed obvious lung injury. The expression of miR-146a in lungs of DCS group was significantly higher than that of DCS group There was no significant change in the expression of miR-16 and miR-146a in murine lung tissue. Conclusion miR-146a may play a role in post-transcriptional regulation of lung injury in rats with decompression sickness. The exact mechanism remains to be further studied.
