现代管理理论中的权力观把权力认为是可占有的、压迫性的、单一的、至上而下的,这样的权力观容易在组织中造成集权、夺权、层级控制、排斥边缘性员工等现象。然而,福柯通过系谱学的研究方法,发现权力是不可占有的、生产性的、多元的和至下而上的,并且强调自我技术和知识的作用及“特殊知识分子”的重要性。因此,在福柯的权力观中蕴含着关注边缘性员工、强化自我管理并重视知识型员工的管理思想。
The concept of power in modern management theory considers power to be possessive, oppressive, unitary and top-down. Such view of power tends to cause the phenomena of centralization, seizure of authority, hierarchical control and exclusion of marginalized employees in the organization. However, through pedigree research, Foucault finds that power is not possessive, productive, pluralistic and bottom-up, and emphasizes the role of self-technology and knowledge and the importance of “special intellectuals” . Therefore, in Foucault’s conception of power, there is a management thought that focuses on marginalized employees, strengthens self-management and emphasizes knowledge workers.
