南朝鲜大豆品种广吉(Kwanggyo)与江苏良种18-6、1138-2、苏协一号三个杂交组合F_1、F_2世代的遗传试验表明,对大豆花叶病毒SMV的两个本地株系S_A、S_C的抗性呈现一对显性基因控制的遗传,这一结论进一步得到回交一代及杂种三代遗传型分离比率的证明。
The genetic tests of South Korea soybean varieties Kwanggyo and Jiangsu fine breeds 18-6, 1188-2 and Suyi No.1 hybrids F_1 and F_2 showed that the two local strains S_A and S_A of soybean mosaic virus SMV , S_C resistance showed a dominant genetic control of genetic, this conclusion is further backcrossed generation and hybrid three generation genetic proof of the ratio of segregation.
