目的:通过对娱乐场所暗娼HIV调查及分级,证明低档暗娼是HIV的主要传播途径。方法:根据暗娼年龄、文化程度、活动场所、交易价钱进行了分级及HIV检测。结果:发现低档暗娼是艾滋病传播的主要途径。结论:要调动全社会的力量,尤其是政府和社会须提供必要的财力以免费推广安全套,并大力倡导使用安全套:对低档暗娼重点进行行为干预,有效遏制艾滋病在人群中进一步传播。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence of HIV among sexworkers in entertainment venues through HIV survey and grading. Methods: According to the sex workers’ age, educational level, venues, transaction prices were graded and HIV testing. Results: Low-end female sex workers were found to be the main ways to spread AIDS. Conclusion: To mobilize the power of society as a whole, the government and society in particular must provide the necessary financial resources to promote condoms for free and vigorously advocate the use of condoms: intervention in low-grade sex workers focusing on behavior and effectively curbing the spread of AIDS among people.
