高职院校人才培养模式是为实现高职教育人才培养目标和规格采取的方法。目前高校人才培养存在一定的问题,本文提出了解决方案,改革传统的人才培养模式,培养大量的技术人才。
The Talent Cultivation Model of Higher Vocational Colleges is a Way to Realize the Talent Training Objectives and Specifications of Higher Vocational Education. At present, there are some problems in personnel training in colleges and universities. This paper proposes solutions to reform the traditional personnel training mode and cultivate a large number of technical personnel.
