协调职能是办公室日常管理工作中最为重要的内容,作为电力设计企业中的综合办事部门,日常工作内容主要是根据企业发展情况,安排工作计划、组织会议以及接待外客来访等,也正是由于办公室的综合性特点,需要多方面、多职能协调各个部门之间的信息传递。当前我国经济以快速发展,电力系统改革也基本完成,由此对电力设计企业办公室职能提出了更高的要求。本文主要就电力设计企业办公室协调职能进行研究,结合实际情况,进一步阐述当前电力设计企业办公室协调职能的原则以及作用,提出客观合理的办公室职能强化措施,提升电力设计企业办公室工作效率。
Coordination function is the most important part in the daily management of the office. As an integrated office in the electric power design enterprise, the daily work content mainly depends on the development of the enterprise, arranging the work plan, organizing the meeting and receiving foreign visitors. It is also due to The comprehensive characteristics of the office require many aspects and functions to coordinate the transfer of information between various departments. At present, China’s economy develops rapidly and the power system reform is basically completed. Therefore, higher requirements are set for office functions of power design enterprises. In this paper, we mainly study the coordination function of office of power design enterprise, and further elaborate the principle and function of current coordination office of power design office, propose objective and reasonable measures to strengthen office functions, and improve the efficiency of office of power design company.
