根据传热学理论,结合桥丝式电火工品传热特点,建立了以径向热损失速率为主要参数指标的桥丝式电火工品传热模型,并对模型方程进行了求解。结合瞬态脉冲试验对传热模型进行研究,发现径向热损失速率随时间和温升发生规律性的变化,径向热损失速率能够反映出电火工品桥丝药剂界面的接触状况。
According to the theory of heat transfer and the heat transfer characteristics of bridge wire electric explosive, the heat transfer model of bridge wire electric explosive with radial heat loss rate as the main parameter is established, and the model equation is solved. Combined with the transient pulse test, the heat transfer model was studied. It was found that the radial heat loss rate changed regularly with time and temperature rise, and the radial heat loss rate could reflect the contact condition of the electro-explosive bridge-wire agent interface.
