中共北京市委六月七日“关于加强北京日报工作的决定”下达以后,各级党的组织更加认真地贯彻“全党办报”的方针,不少单位整顿和建立了通讯组,通讯工作日趋活跃.城区和郊区十三个区委宣传部,均已配备了专职通讯干事.东城、宣武、通州、昌平、周口店、海淀等区委会,由第一书记挂帅,组织了写作小组;并对原有通讯员进行了整顿,把一些不适合作党报通讯员的人清除了出去,随又聘定了一批优秀人物,扩充了通讯员队伍.东城、宣武、崇文等区还召开了全区通讯
