文章在系统收集整理世界主要国家军费投入的历史数据基础上,综合考虑影响各国军费投入的需求与供给因素,运用二次评价思路,设计了一种外军军费投入策略的量化评判方法。在此基础上,使用世界主要军事大国军费投入结构的历史数据进行了试算,验证了该评价方法的可行性与合理性。最后,综合考虑影响各国军费投入策略的众多因素,指出了当前研究存在的局限和下一步改进方向。
Based on the systematic collection and sorting of the historical data of military expenditures of major countries in the world and comprehensive consideration of the demand and supply factors that affect military investment in various countries, this paper designs a quantitative evaluation method for foreign military spending by using the second evaluation method. On this basis, we use the historical data of the structure of military expenditures in the major military countries in the world to conduct a trial calculation, which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation method. Finally, taking into account the many factors that affect the national military spending strategy, we point out the limitations of the current research and the direction for further improvement.
