本文在厌氧污泥处理高浓度有机废水的基础上,为了提高厌氧产氢细菌的产氢能力,采用间歇厌氧培养实验对产氢菌群生态学进行了研究。产氢菌群生态位、生态因子和种间协同作用的研究表明,O2、pH值、COD浓度的变化会引起发酵类型的变化。在厌氧产氢污泥中分离纯菌,通过发酵污泥混菌与纯菌的产氢能力的比较,表明了菌群间协同作用在产氢发酵中的作用。以白糖为供氢体,混菌的最大产氢能力达84.4mlH2/g菌体·h。提出了乙醇型发酵的最优控制因素。
In this paper, anaerobic sludge treatment of high concentrations of organic wastewater, based on, in order to improve hydrogen production ability of anaerobic hydrogen-producing bacteria, intermittent anaerobic culture experiments on hydrogen production flora ecology research. Studies on ecological niche, ecological factors and interspecific synergy of hydrogen-producing bacteria showed that the changes of O2, pH and COD concentration will cause changes of fermentation types. Isolation of pure bacteria in anaerobic hydrogen-producing sludge showed that the synergistic effect between the bacteria in the hydrogen production was achieved by the comparison of the hydrogen production ability between the mixed bacteria of the fermentation sludge and the pure bacteria. In sugar as the hydrogen donor, the maximum hydrogen production capacity of 84.4mlH2 / g bacteria · h. The optimal control factors for ethanol-type fermentation are proposed.
