“互联网+”与县域经济融合发展是县域经济跨越发展的重要契机,已成为势不可挡的发展趋势。结合实践调研和城乡经济理论阐述“互联网+”和县域经济二者互动机理,认为规模经济、集聚经济、创新效应和企业家精神是二者良性互动发展的经济学本质,提出二者融合互动发展的三种关键创新机制——市场渠道放大机制、农村资产提升机制、专业能力提升机制,并对上述三种创新机制下的主要发展模式进行了阐述,最后提出政策建议。 “Internet + ” and county economic integration development is an important opportunity for the development of county economy across the country, has become the overwhelming trend of development. Combining with practice research and theory of urban and rural economy, this paper expounds the interaction mechanism between “Internet +” and county economy, and thinks that scale economy, agglomeration economy, innovation effect and entrepreneurial spirit are both the economic essence of the benign and interactive development between the two. Three key innovation mechanisms of interactive development - the enlargement mechanism of market channels, the enhancement of rural assets and the upgrading of professional capabilities. The main modes of development under the three innovative mechanisms mentioned above are elaborated. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward.
