烟草中含有多种有毒有害物质,如BaP、焦油、CO等。吸烟与心血管病、癌症、呼吸系统疾病有着密切关系。关于吸烟与健康的问题研究很多,但吸烟对呼出气中CO浓度的影响研究很少,本文进行了此方面的探讨。1 内容与方法 为避免城市工业、交通运输等污染因素的影响,选择城市西北郊区的新店军营。随机抽取25岁左右身体健康的战士300名。吸烟与非吸烟组的年龄、营养水平、经济与居住状况、医疗设施等方面条件基本一致。调查对象均在集体食堂进餐,且无心血管、呼吸道等疾病。 被测对象在采气前4小时停止吸烟,并离开可能有CO污染的环境,集中在空气清洁地带,然后被带到检查室(CO<1ppm)进行检查。被测对象
Tobacco contains a variety of toxic and harmful substances, such as BaP, tar, CO and so on. Smoking and cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory diseases are closely related. There are many studies on the issue of smoking and health, but there are few studies on the effect of smoking on CO concentration in exhaled air. This article discusses this aspect. 1 Content and methods To avoid the impact of urban industries, transportation and other pollution factors, the new store barracks in the northwestern suburbs of the city are selected. About 25 randomly selected healthy 300 soldiers. Smoking and non-smoking group’s age, nutrition level, economy and living conditions, medical facilities and other conditions are basically the same.
