通过基因枪共转化方法将枯草杆菌果聚糖蔗糖酶基因(SacB)、透明颤菌血红蛋白基因(vgb)、双价抗蛀干害虫基因(BtCry3A+OC-Ⅰ)、调节基因JERF36及报告基因NPTⅡ等外源基因导入库安托杨,共获得25株抗性植株.PCR及Southern杂交结果表明,外源基因已整合到库安托杨基因组中,其中7株含有上述全部5个外源基因.BtCry3A ELISA实验表明,上述7株库安托杨BtCry3A基因已得到表达.且上述转基因植株在滨海盐碱地中生长良好.
Bacillus subtilis levansucrase gene (SacB), Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene (Vgb), BtCry3A + OC-Ⅰ, regulatory gene JERF36 and NPTⅡ The results of PCR and Southern blotting showed that the exogenous genes were integrated into the genome of Coturnuotenia, and seven of them contained all the above 5 exogenous genes. The results of BtCry3A ELISA showed that BtCry3A gene was expressed in the above 7 pools of Anthozoan and the above transgenic plants grew well in coastal saline-alkali soil.
