对国际知名期刊 CARBON 的办刊理念、运作和发展进行了详细的介绍和分析。通过比较学习国外期刊的办刊经验,针对目前我国科技期刊中普遍存在的问题认真思考,提出了有利于我国科技期刊发展的几点建议。
The article introduces and analyzes the concept, operation and development of the internationally renowned magazine CARBON in detail. By comparing the experience of running journals in foreign countries, we think hard about the prevailing problems in our country’s scientific journals and put forward some suggestions that are helpful to the development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals.
