本文通过统计数据真实说明在2008年新一轮国际金融危机之后,我国国有经济仍然发挥重要作用,从而避免经济陷入严重衰退的最重要因素。在此基础上,我们通过理论分析探讨国有经济与非国有经济比例优化问题,在市场经济中提升国有经济功能,为国有企业深化改革与发展提供一些政策主张。 This article shows through statistics that after the new round of international financial crisis in 2008, the state-owned economy in our country still plays an important role in preventing the economy from falling into the most important factor of a serious recession. On this basis, through theoretical analysis, we explore the optimization of the proportion of state-owned economy and non-state-owned economy, enhance the function of state-owned economy in the market economy, and provide some policy proposals for deepening the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
