免疫疗法又称特异性减敏疗法。我们用该法治疗小儿支气管哮喘,现报告如下。临床资料55名患儿(男25、女20),年龄范围19个月～14岁。病程最短者2个月,最长者10年。变应原皮肤挑刺试验证实尘螨为主要致敏原。病情程度以记分表示,6分以上为重度,4分为中度,3分以下为轻度。本组病例重度24人,中度14人,轻度17人。治疗方法:根据变应原皮试终点滴定结果,选择合适的起始浓度行粉尘螨浸液减敏 Immunotherapy, also known as specific desensitization therapy.
