中国经济增长取得了巨大成就。但是,大量进口资源能源产品和污染物排放,对资源环境造成了压力。一方面,因为国内产量不能满足需求,资源能源的进口量大幅增长,对外依存度提高,对相关大宗商品的国际市场供求造成一定压力;另一方面,污染物排放量迅速增加,空气、土壤、水等污染情况严重。为了防治环境污染、创造良好生产生活环境、实现可持续发展、承担国际减排责任,党和国家提出了建设“资源节约型、环境友好型”社会和生态文明的发展战略,已取得了积极进展和良好效果。未来,中国需要继续完善各项政策措施,加快推进“两型社会”和生态文明建设,以实现两个一百年目标。
