通过单扫描指示波极谱法、循环伏安法、溶出伏安法及化学制备研究了在乙酸缓冲介质中铀及铜铁灵的极谱性能。结合前人研究成果,推论吸附在电极表面的是UO_2(Cupf)_2螯合分子。在溶出阶段,此螯合分子中的U(VI)还原为U(IV),两个铜铁灵离子为8电子还原。此螯合分子的多电子还原导致测铀灵敏度极大提高。所拟定的不经分离直接测ppb级铀的吸附溶出伏安法经多种样品分析考验,特别是国际原子能委员会标准水样比对,结果一致。证明具有实用价值。
The polarographic properties of uranium and copper triterpenes in acetate buffer media were investigated by single-sweep guided wave polarography, cyclic voltammetry, stripping voltammetry and chemical preparation. Combined with previous research results, it is concluded that the UO_2 (Cupf) _2 chelate molecule is adsorbed on the electrode surface. During the dissolution phase, U (VI) in this chelating molecule is reduced to U (IV) and the two copper ferritin ions are 8-electron reduced. The multi-electron reduction of this chelating molecule leads to a great increase in uranium sensitivity. The proposed direct determination ppb uranium adsorption separation stripping voltammetry by a variety of sample analysis and testing, in particular, the International Atomic Energy Commission standard water samples than the match, the results are consistent. Proved with practical value.
