三线建设,是我国在特定的历史时期,为了防备可能的外敌人侵,以毛泽东主席为首的第一代党和国家的领导人作出的重大战略决策。上世纪六、七十年代,在我国中西部广大地区兴起大规模的三线建设。如今,三线建设已经过去整整半个世纪,但这段往事将涓涓流淌在漫漫的历史长河中。三线建设改变了陕西的工业布局。解放前的陕西经济非常落后,工业少得可怜,而且,集中分布于西安至宝鸡的关中道上。1949年,陕西全省工业固定资产原值只有7776万元,职工6.57万人,工业总产值2.77亿元,其中轻工业218亿元,占78.7%。
The third-line construction is a major strategic decision made by the leaders of the first generation party headed by Chairman Mao Zedong and the country’s leaders in order to prepare for possible foreign enemies in a specific historical period. Before the liberation, Shaanxi’s economy was very backward and the industry was scanty. Moreover, it was concentrated on Guanzhong Road in Xi’an and Baoji. In 1949, Shaanxi’s industrial fixed assets had an initial value of only 77.76 million yuan, employees 65,700, and industrial output value was 277 million yuan, of which light industry was 21.8 billion yuan, accounting for 78.7%.
