目的:观察芒果苷单钠盐的抑菌作用。方法:以咽喉及上呼吸道常见致病菌肺炎双球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和流感嗜血杆菌为受试菌,分别通过体外抑菌和体内抑菌实验来观察芒果苷单钠盐的抑菌作用。结果:体外研究显示芒果苷单钠盐对肺炎双球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和流感嗜血杆菌均表现出一定的抑制作用。其最小抑菌质量浓度分别为10.0,5.0,10.0,2.5 g·L-1。体内研究显示芒果苷单钠盐可显著提升菌液感染小鼠的存活率。结论:芒果苷单钠盐具有明显的抑菌作用。
Objective: To observe the antimicrobial effect of mangoside monosodium salt. Methods: The common pathogenic bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Haemophilus influenzae were used as tested bacteria in the throat and upper respiratory tract, respectively.
