本文在型谱转轮HL310振动问题的试验研究基础上,就混流式水轮机转轮叶片涡振的基本理论、规律、鉴别和防止等方面作了扼要的系统论述。文中推导了叶片涡振振幅公式,对叶片涡振的产生条件和振幅变化规律,以及叶片涡振对转轮强度和效率的影响作了一定的分析,并指出,频率鉴别是叶片涡振的最重要鉴别方法。文中还介绍了国内近年来有关防止叶片涡振的试验研究的一些成果,推荐支撑法作为防振的应急措施,改形法作为防振的长久措施。
Based on the experimental research on the vibration problem of HL310, the article systematically discusses the basic theory, law, identification and prevention of the vortex vibration of Francis turbine runner. In this paper, the vortex vibration amplitude formula of the vane is deduced. The vortex vortex generation conditions and the amplitude variation law of the vane vane are analyzed, and the influence of vortex vortex vibration on the strength and efficiency of the rotor is analyzed. It is pointed out that frequency identification is the most Important identification method. The article also introduced some domestic experimental results on vortex prevention in recent years. It is recommended that the supporting method should be taken as an emergency measure to prevent vibration, and the modified method should be taken as a permanent measure to prevent vibration.
