患儿:男,14岁。因中腹部被足球击伤后出现腹痛、腹胀,在当地县医院行剖腹探查术。术中见腹腔内积血约200ml,大网膜粘连成团伴活跃性出血,手术切除部分大网膜。术后第9d,患儿再感腹部胀痛,转至上级医院治疗。再次行剖腹探查术,术中见残余大网膜广泛渗血,并粘连成团,遂行大网膜大部分切除,仅右侧残余少量大网膜,并置腹腔引
Children: male, 14 years old. Abdominal abdominal exploration and abdominal distension occurred after being injured by a football in the mid-abdomen.
