目的对口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床疗效进行分析与探讨。方法回顾并分析在本院选取的90例牙列缺损患者的资料,患者进行手术前对其详细资料进行收集并为其做口腔检查,在对患者进行局部麻醉后再为其进行口腔种植修复。在术后的两年根据种植体的美观和舒适程度对患者的满意度(包括满意和较为满意以及不满意)进行考察。结果所选的90例患者中对种植体的美观和舒适程度表示不满意分别有8例和6例;表示较为满意分别有25例和20例;表示满意的分别有57例和64例。结论口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损有很好的临床疗效,不但成功率高而且患者使用得更舒适和自然,值得推广临床使用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of dental implants in repairing dentition defect. Methods The data of 90 cases of dentition defects selected in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed. Before the operation, the patients collected their detailed information and performed oral examinations. After local anesthesia, the patients received oral implant repair. Patient satisfaction (including satisfaction and satisfaction and dissatisfaction) was examined two years after surgery according to the aesthetic appearance and comfort of the implant. Results Of the 90 patients selected, there were 8 and 6 unsatisfactory results on the aesthetic appearance and comfort of the implants, respectively; 25 and 20 were satisfactory; 57 and 64 were satisfactory. Conclusion The dental implants have good clinical efficacy in repairing dentition defects. Not only the success rate is high but the patients are more comfortable and natural. It is worth to promote the clinical use.
