慈溪市水产加工冷藏公司(以下简称冷藏公司)现有职工53人,1995年实现销售1700万元,实现税利77.3万元,人均创税利1.46万元,企业经济效益名列全市水产系统榜首。而该公司刚成立时,却是个亏损企业。 1992年10月,冷藏公司从水产供销公司分离而成立。刚组建时,拥有固定资产300万元,所有者权益70万元,负债440万元,潜亏70万元。三年来,该企业发生了三大变化。一是企业得到了壮大发展。至1995年底,固定资产440万元,所有者权益190万元,负债150万元,消除了潜亏,固定资产、所有者权益分别增长46.67%,171.43%,负债减少65.91%。二是经济效益显著。1993年实现税利5万元,1995年实现税利77.3万元,比1993年增长15倍多。三是职工人均收入增长。1993年人均年收入6000元,1995年人均年收入达10000元,比1993年增长67%。短短的三年时间,该公司为何能逐步走出困境,取得如此优异的成绩呢?其根本原因在于他们勇于改革,在实践中总结并探索出一套具有自己特色的企业模式和经营艺术。
Cixi Aquatic Products Refrigeration Company (hereinafter referred to as the cold storage company) has 53 employees. In 1995, it realized sales of 17 million yuan, realized tax and profit of 773,000 yuan, and profit per capita was 14,600 yuan. The economic benefits of the company ranked first in the city’s aquatic system. When the company was founded, it was a loss-making company. In October 1992, the refrigerated company was established from the separation of aquaculture supply and marketing companies. At the time of its establishment, it had 3 million yuan in fixed assets, owners’ equity of 0.7 million yuan, liabilities of 4.4 million yuan, and a potential loss of 700,000 yuan. In the past three years, the company has undergone three major changes. First, the company has grown tremendously. By the end of 1995, fixed assets were 4.4 million yuan, owner’s equity was 1.9 million yuan, and liabilities were 1.5 million yuan, eliminating potential losses. Fixed assets and owner’s equity increased by 46.67%, 171.33% and 65.91% respectively. The second is significant economic benefits. In 1993, it realized a tax and profit of 50,000 yuan. In 1995, it realized a tax and profit of 773,000 yuan, a 15-fold increase over 1993. Third, the per capita income of workers has increased. In 1993, the per capita annual income was 6,000 yuan. In 1995, the per capita annual income reached 10,000 yuan, an increase of 67% over 1993. In a short span of three years, why did the company gradually get out of its predicament and achieved such excellent results? The fundamental reason is that they are brave enough to reform, and in practice summed up and explored a set of business models and management arts with their own characteristics.
