目的:检测特发性肺动脉高压(IPAH)患者血浆骨形成蛋白2(BMP-2)的浓度,并分析其与肺动脉压力的相关性。方法:住院IPAH患者28例,正常对照组20例,采用ELISA法测定血浆中BMP-2的浓度,同时对28例IPAH患者经右心漂浮导管检测肺动脉压力。结果:正常对照组血浆BMP-2的水平为(0.0898±0.0295)mg/L,IPAH组为(0.1294±0.0292)mg/L,2组比较,P<0.01。IPAH患者的平均肺动脉压力和血浆BMP-2水平呈正相关(r=0.625,P<0.01)。结论:IPAH患者血浆中的BMP-2水平增高,并与肺动脉压力有一定相关性。
Objective: To detect the plasma concentration of bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) in patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension (IPAH) and to analyze its relationship with pulmonary arterial pressure. Methods: 28 hospitalized patients with IPAH and 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Plasma concentrations of BMP-2 were measured by ELISA. Pulmonary artery pressure was measured in 28 patients with IPAH by right ventricular floating catheter. Results: The level of BMP-2 in the normal control group was (0.0898 ± 0.0295) mg / L and in the IPAH group was (0.1294 ± 0.0292) mg / L, P <0.01. The mean pulmonary artery pressure in patients with IPAH was positively correlated with plasma BMP-2 levels (r = 0.625, P <0.01). Conclusion: The plasma levels of BMP-2 in patients with IPAH are increased and have some correlation with pulmonary arterial pressure.
