针对单机器的生产排序问题,研究允许在生产间歇开关机器的可持续性优化方法。以最小化碳排放和总完成时间为目标建立数学规划模型,同时对订单的生产顺序、开始生产时刻和机器的开关机计划进行决策。基于分层序列法对模型进行求解分析,分别提出了求解主次目标的最优性条件,并利用禁忌搜索算法优化生产顺序。通过一个企业案例和多个模拟算例的计算分析,表明可持续性优化方法可以显著减少生产过程中的碳排放。
Aiming at the problem of single machine’s production sequencing, this paper studies the sustainable optimization method that allows the machine to be switched on and off intermittently. To minimize carbon emissions and total completion time as the goal of establishing a mathematical programming model, while the order of production orders, start production time and machine switching plans to make decisions. Based on the stratified sequence method, the model is solved and analyzed. The optimal conditions for solving the primary and secondary targets are respectively proposed. The tabu search algorithm is used to optimize the production sequence. Computational analysis of a business case and several simulation studies shows that a sustainable optimization approach can significantly reduce carbon emissions in the production process.
