一、贯彻《条例》,确定工作方针1995年底,中共中央颁发了《中国共产党党校工作暂行条例》。《条例》是党校工作的基本法规,为促进党校发展、规范党校办学提供了难得的机遇。我校领导班子在认真学习的基础上,制定了《中共五河县委党校贯彻〈条例〉的意见》,组织全校教职工利用三周时间,认真学习讨论,领会精神,明确党校的性质、地位、作用以及在新的历史条件下,对党校工作人员的要求,使全体工作人员振奋精神,明确方向。此后,又分科室制定贯彻《条例》的具体方案。教研室组织全体教学人员重点学习、研究如何落实《条例》规定的党校教育方针、基本任务、中心工作以 I.
