目的研究海水养殖废水消毒效果,确定最佳消毒工艺技术。方法通过模拟海水消毒试验,比较次氯酸钠、二氧化氯、碘伏、戊二醛等4种消毒剂对海水中细菌杀灭效果。结果在海水废水中投加二氧化氯8 mg/L,作用10 min,可使海水养殖废水中异氧菌数下降至0 cfu/ml。二氧化氯投加量为6 mg/L,作用10 min,可使海水养殖废水中海洋弧菌数下降至0 cfu/ml。结论在所试验的4种消毒剂中,以二氧化氯杀菌效果最好,对环境污染轻微。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of mariculture wastewater and determine the best disinfection technology. Methods By simulating seawater disinfection test, the killing effects of four kinds of disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, iodophor and glutaraldehyde on seawater were compared. Results Adding 8 mg / L of chlorine dioxide to seawater wastes for 10 min, the number of isolates in mariculture wastewater could be reduced to 0 cfu / ml. Chlorine dioxide dosage of 6 mg / L, the role of 10 min, can make mariculture marine marine vibrio decreased to 0 cfu / ml. Conclusion Among the four disinfectants tested, chlorine dioxide was the best bactericide to kill the environment.
