针对煤矿立井提升的井筒装备因各种外在原因存在的安全隐患,本文设计了一种基于Cortex-M3芯片的井筒设备提升安全检测系统方案,阐述了该系统的硬件组成、功能及特点。该系统可以实现对井筒井壁及装备提升安全性的全方位信息化检测。研究表明该系统能够实时检测井架、排水管道、罐道与罐道梁等的变化情况,且能够准确给出预测,可以有效的预防事故的发生
In view of the potential safety hazard of wellbore equipment for mine shaft uplift because of various extrinsic reasons, this paper designs a scheme to enhance the safety detection system of wellbore equipment based on Cortex-M3 chip, and expounds the hardware composition, function and features of the system. This system can realize the all-directional informative detection on the wellbore shaft wall and equipment safety. The research shows that the system can detect the change of derrick, drainage pipe, cannel and cannel beam in real time, and can give the prediction accurately, which can effectively prevent the accident from happening
