Objective: To study the health status of a special operator and provide reference for proposing protective measures in a targeted manner. Methods: A total of 145 special operators were selected randomly from different working positions to detect and analyze the weak magnetic field of the living body in order to obtain the information of fatigue, immunity, sleep, brain function, blood pressure, heart, digestive, hepatobiliary, genitourinary, respiratory, , Calcium metabolism, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, purine metabolism and other 15 systems, including 108 health assessment test indicators. For each indicator, the instrument comes with its normal range of values, and any indicator below or above the upper limit is considered abnormal. Results: The total number of special operating personnel tested in the seven systems including calcium metabolism system, digestive system, cardiac system, blood pressure system, respiratory system, motor system, immune system and so on were more prominent. The proportion of calcium metabolic imbalance accounted for 83.45% , Accounting for 78.62% with spleen and stomach disharmony, 72.41% with poor cardiac function, 64.14% with unstable blood pressure, 59.31% with throat discomfort, 58.62% with discomfort of bone and joint, and with decreased immune function Accounting for 51.72%. The number of patients with motor system “cervical spondylosis ” symptoms was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Special operating environment may affect the health of workers. Effective safety precautions should be taken to reduce or eliminate the impact of toxic and harmful chemical substances, strong noises and electromagnetic radiation on human health.
