报道了在重复频率调QNdYAG激光腔内,实现内腔光参量振荡器(IOPO)和光参量放大器(IOPA)的稳定运转,IOPO参量振荡阈值小于20mJ,获得最大输出能量为35.9mJ,相应的转换效率为45%,中心输出波长为1.57μm。该装置结构紧凑,易于小型化、全固化。
The stable operation of IOPO and IOPA is reported in QNdYAG laser with repetitive frequency modulation. The oscillation threshold of IOPO is less than 20mJ and the maximum output power is 35.9mJ.
