目的:考察麻黄与老鹳草配伍前后主要活性成分盐酸麻黄碱和没食子酸提出率的变化,探讨两药配伍使用的增效作用机制。方法:以盐酸麻黄碱和没食子酸为指标,HPLC测定含量,采用正交试验法优选配伍前后提取工艺。结果:麻黄配伍后盐酸麻黄碱的提出率分别为5.136,5.485 mg·g-1,老鹳草配伍前后没食子酸的提出率分别为1.352,1.564 mg·g-1。结论:麻黄和老鹳草配伍前后盐酸麻黄碱、没食子酸提出率均增加,为两药配伍使用增效作用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of the proposed rate of the main active ingredient ephedrine hydrochloride and gallic acid before and after the combination of ephedra and geranium, and to explore the synergistic mechanism of compatibility between the two drugs. Methods: The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and gallic acid were determined by HPLC. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process before and after compatibility. Results: The proposed rates of ephedrine hydrochloride were 5.136 and 5.485 mg · g-1 respectively when combined with ephedra, while the proposed rates of gallic acid before and after compatibility were 1.352 and 1.564 mg · g-1, respectively. Conclusion: The proposed rates of ephedrine hydrochloride and gallic acid are increased before and after the combination of ephedra and geranium, which provides the basis for the synergistic effect between the two drugs.
