复合轴控制是提高光电跟踪系统跟踪精度和控制带宽的一种有效手段,尤其在光束定向器系统中,不仅要求系统要稳定地跟踪上动态目标,而且必须将光束锁定在目标的某一点上,这对控制系统的要求是非常高的,必须采用双或三复合轴控制方式。本文从应用角度叙述、分析和讨论了双检测型复合轴系统的主、从结构模式、视场和带宽匹配以及稳定性问题,并给出了应用设计方法。试验结果表明,系统总跟踪精度达到±2″(RMS),较一般光电跟踪系统提高了一个数量级。
Composite axis control is an effective method to improve the tracking accuracy and control bandwidth of the electro-optical tracking system. Especially in the beam steering system, it not only requires the system to stably track the dynamic target, but also must lock the light beam at a certain point of the target, This control system requirements are very high, you must use double or triple composite axis control. This paper describes, analyzes and discusses the master and slave structure modes, matching between field of view and bandwidth, and stability problems of double detection type composite shaft system from the application point of view. The application design method is also given. The experimental results show that the total tracking accuracy of the system reaches ± 2 "(RMS), which is an order of magnitude higher than the general photoelectric tracking system.
