2001年是台湾经济全面衰退的一年。其原因包括国际经济环境、岛内投资环境恶化。台湾当局阻碍两岸经贸关系正常发展等。本文认为，2002年要正面促进台湾经济的复苏和增长都不容乐观。
2001 is a year of Taiwan’s total economic recession. The reasons include the international economic environment and the deteriorating investment environment in the island. Taiwan authorities hinder the normal development of cross-Strait economic and trade relations. This article holds that it is not optimistic that in 2002 it will be necessary to positively promote the recovery and growth of Taiwan’s economy.
