Atmosphere is the first interface between mankind and nature in aviation flight activities. Although aircraft performance is continuously improving, navigation, navigation aids and surveillance capabilities are gradually increasing. However, due to the rapid growth of flights and the adverse weather impact on flight safety and efficiency, It is also magnified as the volume of flights increases. From a security perspective, about a quarter of flight accidents are related to adverse weather conditions. From a benefit point of view, among all the irregular flights, the number of irregular flights caused by the weather was the third highest. Among various adverse weather conditions, low clouds and low visibility are the biggest culprits. Based on the analysis of several flight accidents caused by low clouds, this paper tries to summarize some experiences and lessons from the aspects of aviation meteorological service and crew. It is intended to provide a reference for future flights.
