研究了间歇交变纵向磁场TIG焊接不同材料 (低碳钢、不锈钢和铝合金等 )的焊缝成形。通过大量的工艺试验及对焊缝宏观参数的测量 ,分析了该外加磁场对TIG焊缝成形的影响规律。试验还表明 ,外加磁场TIG焊接速度和焊接电流对焊缝成形也有影响
The weld formation of different materials (mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy) was studied by intermittent alternating longitudinal magnetic field TIG welding. Through a large number of process experiments and measurement of the macro parameters of the weld, the influence of the applied magnetic field on the forming of TIG weld was analyzed. The experiment also shows that the applied magnetic field TIG welding speed and welding current also affect the weld formation
